【摘要】 报告了47例颌面部动静脉畸形患者介入栓塞治疗术后的护理。对患者加强意识、生命体征及肢体活动监测,注意观察穿刺处有无出血、血肿,局部软组织有无缺血、坏死等,做好病变部位出血、肺栓塞、动静脉血栓等并发症的预防及护理,做好术后不适的护理及健康指导,47例患者均痊愈出院。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article focused on the postoperative care given to 47 maxillofacial artefiovenous malformation patients who had received embolization treatments.During the postoperative period,the patients’ consciousness,vital signs and physical ac- tivities were carefully monitored,the puncture site was constantly observed for hemorrhage and hematoma,and the regional soft tissue for necrosis and ischemia were observed also.At the mean time,nursing measures were taken to prevent complications such as hemorrhage,lung embolism,and artery and vein embolism.Health education was also given to those patients.All pa- tients cured and discharged.更多还原
