【摘要】 目的深入了解肝硬化失代偿期患者配偶在照护患者期间的心理体验及需求,以探索促进其身心健康的相关因素,为临床护理人员促进患者配偶身心健康,提高患者及其配偶生活质量提供依据。方法采用质性研究中现象学研究法,对20例肝硬化失代偿期患者配偶进行了深度访谈,现场录音和笔录,采用Hyper TRANSCRIBE 1.0软件处理音频原始资料并运用Colaizzi的分析程序进行分析、整理,提炼出主题。结果通过分析,寻找出肝硬化失代偿期患者的配偶在陪伴患者治疗过程中的心理体验主要有3个方面:确诊初期心理反应;剧烈心理冲击后的适应;照护体验及社会功能转变。结论在治疗肝硬化失代偿期患者同时,也需关注其配偶的身心健康,提供医疗、信息、情感支持,提供经济援助,共同提高患者及其配偶的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand emotional experiences and needs of the spouses of the patients with decomponsated cirrhosis,explore related factors and to nurses how to promote the spouses of the patients’ physical and psychologicalheahh and how to improve the couples’ quality of life.Methods Totally 20 spouses of the patients with decompensated cirrhosis were interviewed,and tape recording was used.The factors were categorizied and the data were analyzed by Hyper TRAN- SCRIBE 1.0 and Colaizzi’s analysis program.Results After analysis,3 themes were found:psychological reaction during the early diagnosed period,psychological adaptation after violent mental shock,care experience and changing social function. Conclusions During the treatment of the patients with decompensated cirrhosis,we should pay attention to their spouses’ physical and mental health and offer them medical,information,emotion and economic support in order to improve the cou- ples’ quality of life.更多还原
