【摘要】 探讨左旋门冬酰氨酶脱敏疗法的应用及护理。应用脱敏方法对20例左旋门冬酰氨酶过敏的患儿进行脱敏治疗及护理, 19例患儿在脱敏治疗过程中无过敏反应发生,1例患儿出现轻微过敏反应,经处理后治疗顺利进行。20例患儿均顺利完成本疗程的左旋门冬酰氨酶化疗。强调脱敏过程中滴注速度应逐渐加快,做好患儿及家长的心理护理,细致周到的病情观察,准确无误的病情判断,及时有效的过敏抢救。经过脱敏疗法及护理后,再次发生过敏的几率小,且应用简便、易行,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the application of desensitization treatment of L-asparaginase(L-ASP)and nursing care.Apply the desensitization treatment of L-ASP and nursing care on 20 children with acute lymphobeytic leukemia(ALL).There was no allergic reaction in 19 children,slight allergic reaction occurred on only 1 child.After treatment,the desensitization treat ment still could carry on.All 20 children finished the desensitization treatment successfully.The emphasis of desensitization treatment was the speed of intravenous drip should increase gradually.The emphases of nursing care were:mental care to the children and their parents,carefully observation,correct judgement,in time and valid allergic treatment.The recurrent allergic reaction was very little.The application is simple and easy to perform.It is worthy of expansion.更多还原
