【摘要】 目的探讨跟骨关节内骨折不同治疗方法的临床疗效。方法78例84足跟骨关节内骨折分成两组,分别应用保守治疗和切开复位内固定治疗,依据Maryland足部评分系统评估疗效。结果78例84足随访时间9～16个月,平均随访14个月,依据Maryland足部评分系统评价切开复位内固定组优于保守治疗组。结论切开复位内固定是治疗跟骨关节内骨折的可靠方法,恢复跟骨解剖形态及必要的关节面下植骨支撑能最大限度地减少骨折后并发症,其疗效优于保守治疗组。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To approach the clinical curative effects of two different therapeutic methods for intra-articular calcaneal fracture.Methods 78 patients with 84-feet of intra-articular calcaneal fracture were classified into two groups. One group was treated with conservative therapy. The other group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation with plate. The clinical results were evaluated with the Maryland foot score system.Results78 patients with 84-feet were followed up for 9 to 16 months. The average period was 14 months. The surgery group was better than the conservative therapy in aspects of Maryland foot score system.Conclusions Open reduction and internal fixation with plate is a reliable measure to treat intra-articular calcaneal fracture. Restoring the articular anatomy and sustaining the articular with bone grafting as necessary can greatly decrease complications of calcaneal fracture. The surgery group was better than the conservative therapy.更多还原
