【摘要】 目的探讨变应性鼻炎对咽鼓管与中耳的影响。方法对成人变应性鼻炎100例和正常成人50例行鼓膜、咽鼓管咽口、鼓室导抗图和纯音听阈检查,分别对正常成人组、轻度变应性鼻炎组、中-重度变应性鼻炎组的检查结果进行对比分析。结果轻度与中-重度变应性鼻炎患者中耳病变的发生率相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);中-重度变应性鼻炎组与正常成人组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);轻度变应性鼻炎组与正常成人组相比,鼓膜检查、鼓室导抗图、咽鼓管咽口检查结果的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),纯音听阈测定值的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论成人变应性鼻炎引起的咽鼓管及中耳病变发生率较正常成人显著提高,且变态反应越重,咽鼓管及中耳病变发生率越高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between allergic rhinitis and Eustachian tube and middle ear functions in adults.Methods Examination of the tympanic membrane and os of the Eustachian tube,acoustic immittance test and pure tone audiometry were performed in 100 adult patients with allergic rhinitis and 50 normal adults.The results were compared among normal adults and patients with mild and moderate to severe allergic rhinitis.Results Normal adults and patients with mild allergic rhinitis demonstrated lower rates of middle ear lesions than those with moderate to severe allergic rhinitis(P < 0.001).When comparing normal adults and patients with mild allergic rhinitis,the tympanic membrane,Eustachian tube os and acoustic immittance results were not significantly different(P >0.05),but normal adults showed better pure tone thresholds(P<0.01).Conclusion Adult allergic rhinitis seems to result in increased severity-dependent Eustachian tube and middle ear abnormalities when compared to normal adults.更多还原
