【Abstract】 The fast development of gross industry volume has led to the rapid construction of industrial park, where a large number of industrial enterprises are clustered. These enterprises consume a large demand of water and caused serious water pollution, which has become a main reason of water shortage and water pollution. The essay is under the setting of ecological industrial park, adopts the recycling economy and integrated water resource management as the theory, and studies the water management pattern from all aspects, and analyzes the designing idea based on computer construction theory and ecological industry theory.
