静电复印纸废纸酶辅膨化脱墨工艺研究
Enzymatic Explosion Deinking of Printed Xerox Paper
【摘要】 以静电复印纸废纸为原料,采用纤维素酶预处理,进行膨化脱墨研究,确定最佳酶辅脱墨工艺为:纤维素酶用量1%(对绝干浆),膨化压力为0.9 MPa,保温时间5 min,液比1∶4,硅酸钠用量为2%(对绝干浆)。同时研究了此工艺条件对脱墨浆强度的影响以及纤维素酶对废纸浆聚合度的影响。
【Abstract】 Based on the study of enzymatic explosion deinking of printed xerox paper,the best deinking condition of 0.9 MPa pressure,5 min at certain temperature,1∶4 liquor ratio,1% cellulas and 2% Na2SiO3(on ovendried fiber) was determined.The strength of the deinked pulp and the effect of cellulas on DP of the pulp were studied.
