非接触检测技术在造纸工业测距系统中的应用
Application of Non-contact Detection Technology in Distance Inspection System of Paper Industry
【摘要】 在造纸行业,对位移或距离等信息检测至关重要。由于大多数设备疲劳变形或部件位移改变是在运行中产生的,因此,需要利用非接触检测技术来实现对设备疲劳变形或部件位移改变的检测。利用超声波、红外光传感器技术,单片机技术,调制解调技术等设计了一套在线检测系统。通过脉冲发射接收、信号选通、温度补偿等手段,使测距精度有了显著提高,检测误差不超过±1%。详细介绍了检测系统的设计原理及部分软硬件的设计方法。
【Abstract】 It is very important to get the information of displacement or distance, etc in papermaking industry. For example, such as the displacement of rewinder rotation rolls and axis deformation amount of rotary kilns, and so on. Because most equipment fatigue deformation or component displacement are appeared on the running line, therefore, the non-contact detection technology is necessary to be used to implement the detection. We designed an online inspection system by using the technologies of ultrasonic-infrared distance monitor, single chip microprocessor, modulation-demodulation, etc. The distance inspection precision of the system has a great improvement and the detection error is less than ±1% through using the methods of pulse transmitting-receiving, signal selecting, and temperature compensation, etc. Design principle of the system and part of hardware/software are introduced in detail.
