杨木APMP废液及转化液对白菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

【摘要】 以不同稀释倍数的杨木APMP废液和转化液(经枯草芽孢杆菌SY-1菌株发酵后的废液)分别对白菜种子进行浸种处理,通过种子发芽实验和生长实验,研究原废液和转化液对白菜种子活力、幼苗早期发育、幼苗中叶绿素含量和保护酶活性的影响。结果表明,在适宜的稀释倍数下,原液和转化液可改善白菜种子发芽和幼苗生长;在相同的稀释倍数下,转化液的促进作用要明显优于原液组。综合比较,当转化液稀释25倍浓度时,较适合白菜种子的发芽和生长发育。

【Abstract】 The seeds of Chinese Cabbages were soaked with serially diluted raw APMP wastewater and its fermented liquor (after fermentation by bacterial strain SY-1). The effects of the raw APMP wastewater and its fermented liquor on seed development, early seedling development, content of chlorophyll and activity of protective enzyme of Chinese Cabbages were studied by seed germination test and growth test. The results showed that raw APMP wastewater and the fermented liquor, with suitable concentration, could improve seed germination and growth; with the same concentration, the effect of fermented liquor was obviously better than the raw wastewater; besides, the fermented liquor (25 times dilution) was superior to the others on seed germination and growth. The research offered the foundation for further study of the application of poplar APMP wastewater to crops growth.
