阳离子谷朊蛋白的改性及应用研究
Preparation of Cationic Wheat Gluten and Its Application
【摘要】 利用可再生可降解的天然植物蛋白——谷朊蛋白代替目前广泛使用的化石原料,通过改性制备稳定性良好的阳离子纸张增强剂,通过FT-IR、DSC-TGA、SEM等对阳离子改性谷朊蛋白及纸张的检测结果表明,阳离子改性谷朊蛋白对纸张物理性能有显著增强作用。纸张中加入阳离子改性谷朊蛋白抗张指数为75.4N·m/g,比空白纸张提高了35%,湿强度保留率为20.1%,耐破指数、撕裂指数均有较大提高。
【Abstract】 Because of the shortage of petroleum in the world,the utilization of natural biopolymers for high-value chemicals becomes hot topic of research.Wheat gluten,a byproduct of cereal industry,which is a biodegradable and reproducible natural protein,is modified to carry cationic groups so that it can be used as a paper strength agent.Through analysis of DSC-TGA and SEM,the results show that the modified wheat gluten has great effect on the paper strength.The dry tensile strength index of the improved paper is 75.4 N·m/g.Dry strength increases by 35% and wet strength retention of the sheets can reach 20.1%.The indexes of burst and tear also increase a lot.
