长松萝中新的二苯骈呋喃和蒽醌

New dibenzofuran and anthraquinone from Usnea longissima

【摘要】 目的:研究长松萝化学成分。方法:应用溶剂法和色谱法分离纯化化合物,利用谱学技术鉴定化合物结构。结果:分离得到2个化合物,分别鉴定为3,6-二乙酰基-2,7,9-三羟基-8,9b-二甲基-1(9bH)-二苯骈呋喃酮(3,6-diacetyl-2,7,9-trihydroxy-8,9b-dimethyl-1(9bH)-dibenzofuranone,1)和1,3,8-三羟基-4,6-二甲基-9,10-蒽二酮(1,3,8-trihydroxy-4,6-dimethyl-9,10-anthracenedione,2)。结论:化合物1,2为新化合物,分别命名为长松萝素(longiusnine)和长松萝酮(longissimausnone)。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Usnea longissima.Method: The compounds were isolated and purified by the methods of solvent extraction and chromatographic technique,and their structures were identified on the basis of the analyses of spectral data.Result: Two compounds were obtained and identified as 3,6-diacetyl-2,7,9-trihydroxy-8,9b-dimethyl-1-dibenzofuranone(1) and 1,3,8-trihydroxy-4,6-dimethyl-9,10-anthracenedione(2),respectively.Conclusion: Compounds 1 and 2 were new compounds and were named as longiusnine and longissimausnone,respectively.
