【摘要】 目的:研究中华雪胆三萜皂苷类化学成分。方法:应用色谱技术进行分离和纯化,采用UV,IR,MS,NMR等波谱技术鉴定结构。结果:分离并鉴定7个三萜皂苷类化合物,分别为3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸-齐墩果酸(1),3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(2),3-O-(6′-甲酯)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸-齐墩果酸-28-O-α-L-阿拉伯糖苷(3),3-O-(6′-甲酯)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸-齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃甘露糖苷(4),3-O-(6′-乙酯)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸-齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5),3-O-α-L-阿拉伯糖-(1→3)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸-齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6),3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)。结论:这些化合物均是首次从中华雪胆中分离得到。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the triterpenoid saponins in Hemsleya chensnsis.Method:The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis.Result:Seven known triterpenoid saponins were isolated from the root of H.chensnsis and were identified as 3-O-β-D-glucuropyranosyl-oleanol-icacid(1),3-O-β-D-glucopyra-noside-oleanolicacid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),3-O-(6’–meth-ylester)-β-D-glucuropyranosyl olea-nolic acid-28-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside(3),3-O-(6’-methylester)-β-D– glucuropyranosyl-olean-olic acid-28-O-β-D-mannupyranoside(4),3-O-(6′-ethyl ester)-β-D-glucuropyranosyl oleanolic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),3-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside-(1→3)-β-D-glucuropyranosyl-oleanolic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),3-O-β-D-glucu-ropyr-anosyl-oleanolic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyra-noside-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(7).Conclusion:Compounds 1-7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.更多还原
