【摘要】 目的:分析温阳降浊汤在慢性肾功能不全普通外科患者手术前的作用。方法:对18例患者应用温阳降浊汤进行术前准备,与同期未用温阳降浊汤的病例对比,并分析两组Cr、BUN、Ccr、24h蛋白定量等差异。结果:温阳降浊汤组较对照组在术前肾功能改善方面作用明显,也明显缩短了术后住院时间(P<0.001),减少了住院费用(P<0.001)。结论:温阳降浊汤在用于慢性肾功能不全患者的术前准备中具有显著作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of warming Yang and descending turbid broth (WYDTB) applied to preoperative preparation of general surgical patients with chronic renal failure(CRF). Methods 18 cases with CRF were treated by WYDTB for preoperative preparation,and compared with another group without application of WYDTB for preoperative preparation.The differences between the two groups on Cr,BUN,Ccr and 24 ablumen quantitation,etc.were studied. Results The renal function of WYDTB group was improved more obviously than the control group,meanwhile the length of hospitalization was shortened (P<0.01),and the cost hospitalization decreased (P<0.001). Conclusion WYDTB has significant effect in preoperative preparation of patient with CRF.更多还原
