【摘要】 目的:观察血液灌流联合清胰活血中药对合并内毒素血症急性胰腺炎家兔的治疗作用。方法:24只家兔随机分成模型组、灌流组、中药组、中药+灌流组,采用主胰管逆行注入5%牛磺胆酸钠(0.5 mL/kg)和耳缘静脉注射细菌内毒素(E.cloli OlllB4,100μg/kg)造成家兔急性胰腺炎合并内毒素血症动物模型,观察治疗前后各时点血淀粉酶、内毒素、TNF-α和IL-10的变化。结果:与模型组相比,各治疗组的血淀粉酶、内毒素、TNF-α和IL-10水平均有降低,各治疗组脏器病理损害亦有改善。结论:使用新型复合吸附剂行血液灌流及清胰活血中药治疗对合并内毒素血症急性胰腺炎家兔有治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of hemoperfusion and Chinese traditional herbs on acute pancreatitis complicated with endotoxemia in rabbits.Methods Twenty-four rabbits were randomly divided into four groups: model control,hemoperfusion,Chinese traditional herbs,hemoperfusion and Chinese traditional herbs.The experimental model of acute pancreatitis complicated with endotoxemia in rabbits was established by retrograde injection of 5% sodium taurocholic acid(0.5 ml/kg) into the pancreatic duct and injection of bacteria endotoxin(E.cloli 0111B4,100 μg/kg) into the ear vein of the rabbits.The changes of serum concentrations of endotoxin,amylase,tumor necrosis factor-alpha and interleukin-10 in early phase of acute pancreatitis complicated with endotoxemia were observed,with pathologic studies on the changes of the pancreas,lung,kidney and liver. Results In contrast with the model control group,serum endotoxin,amylase,tumor necrosis factor-alpha and interleukin-10 level of the treatment groups decreased obviously;the pathologic damages of the pancreas,lung,kidney and liver of treatment groups were lessened also.Conclusion Hemoperfusion and Chinese traditional herbal medicine did show significant beneficial effects in the treatment of experimental rabbit acute pancreatitis complicated with endotoxemia.更多还原
