【摘要】 目的探讨骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折中西医结合治疗方法,解决其骨折愈合缓慢问题,并期望降低后继性再骨折的危险。方法自1997年7月～2007年7月,50岁以上存档完整的76例骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折分析,了解中西医结合治疗的效果。结果随访76例,时间1～2.5年,骨折愈合时间6～12周,平均7.5周,按修正Green和OBrien的评分标准,优:32例;良:21例;可:17例;差:6例,优良率70%。结论①中老年桡骨远端骨折以女性为多,这与女性绝经后骨质疏松有关。②在治疗骨折的同时,注意配合骨质疏松的治疗,可减少"骨折病"发生,促进骨折愈合,防止再骨折的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Discussion of osteoporotic fracture of the radial side of the original traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,To resolve its slow healing of fractures,and lower expectations of a further follow-up of the risk of fractures. Methods From July 1997 to July 2007,the 50-year-old full archive of more than 76 cases of osteoporotic fracture of the radial fracture analysis,to understand traditional Chinese and western medicine. Results 76 cases of follow-up time from 1 to 2.5 years,fracture healing time from 6 to 12 weeks,7.5 weeks on average,according to the amendment of the Green and O’Brien criteria,priority:32 cases,good:21 cases,:17 cases of poor:6 cases,the rate of 70% of the fine. Conclusion (1) middle-aged and old radial fractures in women,women with postmenopausal osteoporosis-related. (2) in the treatment of fractures at the same time,with attention to the treatment of osteoporosis,can reduce the number of "fracture patients" ,to promote fracture healing and prevent the occurrence of fractures.更多还原
