通过栽培鸡腿菇提高沼渣价值的试验研究

【摘要】 为进一步发挥沼渣的价值,提高鸡腿菇的品质,节省栽培成本,提高经济效益,对沼渣栽培鸡腿菇的方法进行了探索和对比试验,结果表明沼渣经处理后作为鸡腿菇的栽培原料,可稳定产菇量,提高菇的品质,取得了平均生物学效率超过105%、最高达到138%;与传统棉籽壳原料相比降低成本38%~49%,既提高了沼渣的价值又提高了鸡腿菇的经济效益,为以沼渣种植鸡腿菇的产业化发展提供了参考依据。

【Abstract】 Comparative test are carried out on coprinus comatus cultivation using biogas residues.The results showed that coprinus comatus cultivated using the treated biogas residues as main material could stabilize yield and improve the quality.The average biological efficiency was more than 105%(1 kg of dry cultivation material produces 1.05 kg of fresh coprinus comatus),the highest could reach 138%.Compared with using the traditional raw materials of cotton seed shell,the cost of coprinus comatus cultivation reduced by 38%~49%.And this make the value of biogas residues increased greatly and also biological efficiency improved.
