番茄废物半连续式厌氧消化试验及动力学模型研究
Study on Kinetic Model of Semi-continuous Anaerobic Digestion Treating Tomato Waste
【摘要】 在中温35℃条件下,对番茄废物进行半连续式厌氧消化试验。对不同负荷率下的番茄废物产气率及稳定状态下消化液的碱度、挥发性有机酸(VFA),总固体(TS),挥发性固体(VS),氨氮等参数进行了测定。随着负荷率(OLR)从1.0~3.0 g.L-1的增加,出料消化液中VFA的浓度和VS浓度有所上升,同时单位原料产气率(y)和甲烷含量均有下降,通过曲线拟合可以得到最大原料产气率(ym)。在拟合出一级反应常数k和ym的情况下,可以计算出预期达到消化产气率效果时的水力停留时间(HRT)以及OLR。根据试验结果,可以得到ym=0.61 L.g-1以及k=0.345 d-1。该模型可以应用于蔬菜废物的半连续厌氧消化过程工艺参数的优化。
【Abstract】 Anaerobic digestion of vegetable waste from tomato processing was conducted in semi-continuous mode at 35℃ and kinetic model was established.Along with the increase of organic loading rate(OLR) from 1.0~3.0 g·L-1,both VFA and VS concentrations in the effluent increased,but the biogas yield(y) based on VS fed and CH4 content in biogas decreased.The value of maximum biogas yield(ym) could be obtained from curve fitting.And the reaction parameters,HRT,OLR,ym and k could be described on the basis of a mass balance in a first order kinetics.In the present study,the values for ym and k were obtained as 0.61 L·g-1 and 0.345 d-1,respectively.The model equations could be used for designing semi-continuous digestion system for vegetable processing wastewater.
