【摘要】 目的探讨治疗直肠癌伴肝转移的新方法。方法对11例直肠癌伴肝转移患者行左锁骨下动脉双管置入,行规律动脉化疗。结果11例患者中,8例存活2年以上,2年生存率为72.7%,效果令人满意。结论动脉双管置入对于直肠癌伴有肝转移者疗效明确。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the new method for treatment of hepatic metastatic tumor from rectal cancer.Methods Double tubes were inserted in left subclavian artery of 11 patients with hepatic metastatic tumor from rectal cancer.Then artery chemotherapy was done regularly.Results Eight of the 11 patients lived more than 2 years.The 2-year survival rate was 72.7%.The result was satisfactory.Conclusion This treatment is good for hepatic metastatic tumor from rectal cancer.更多还原
