【摘要】 目的对比研究不同超声回声特征的乳腺肿块与术后病理组织结构的关系,从而有利于良恶性乳腺肿块的鉴别。方法对104例134个乳腺肿块进行二维超声和高频彩色多普勒血流成像检查,将声像图与术后病理结果对照分析。结果良性乳腺肿块二维超声特征表现为边界清晰,包膜完整,内部为均质低回声,无钙化灶;恶性乳腺肿块形态不规则,内部回声不均,可伴钙化,后方衰减。结论根据二维图像特征和彩色多普勒血流成像可对乳腺肿块的良恶性作出诊断,但少数病理组织学有特殊改变的病例,由于声学特性不同可导致特殊改变,应慎重诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relation between the different characters of ultrasonic echo and pathologic tectology of mammary lumps,so as to improve the diagnostic accuracy of differentiating benign and malignant tumor.Methods 134 mammary lumps of 104 patients were examined by two dimensional ultrasound and high frequency color Doppler ultrasound and the results were compared with the results of postoperative pathological examination.Results The benign mammary lumps showed clear-cut boundary,intact envelope,uniform low echo in interior and without calcified focus;while the malignant mammary lumps exhibited irregular shape,inhomogeneous echo in interior,presence of calcification and attenuation at backside.Conclusion According to the two dimensional ultrasound image and high frequency color Doppler ultrasonic characters of mammary lumps,the benign or malignant tumors can be diagnosed,but some cases that have special pathological changes should be diagnosed carefully because the different acoustic characters can result in exceptional change.更多还原
