【摘要】 目的研究非小细胞肺癌对新辅助化疗敏感度的差异。方法应用免疫组化方法检测经新辅助化疗组与未经新辅助化疗组不同分化程度和不同病理类型非小细胞肺癌癌组织中MMP-2和TIMP-2蛋白表达的差异。结果经新辅助化疗后鳞癌与低分化癌MMP-2的下降与化疗前相比差异有显著性(P<0.01),而腺癌和中-高分化癌的下降与化疗前相比差异无显著性。结论鳞癌与低分化癌更适合新辅助化疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the difference of sensitiveness of non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC) to neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NACT).Methods The expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in NSCLC of different pathology and different differentiation in NACT group and non-NACT group was detected by immunohistochemical method.Results After NACT the descent of MMP-2 positive rate in squamous cell carcinoma and poorly differentiated carcinoma was notable(P<0.01),but it was unnotable in adenocarcinoma and moderately differentiated and well-differentiated carcinoma.Conclusion Squamous cell carcinoma and poorly differentiated carcinoma are suitable for NACT.更多还原
