【摘要】 目的探讨三维适形放射治疗中晚期胰腺癌的疗效及毒性。方法对30例中晚期胰腺癌患者采用三维适形放射治疗。单次剂量在1.8~2 Gy,每周照射5次,总剂量50~60 Gy/5~6周。结果上腹及腰背部疼痛完全缓解率70.0%(21/30);退黄率63.3%(19/30)。放疗结束后1~3个月行CT复查,瘤体CR率26.6%(8/30),PR率为46.6%(14/30),总有效率为73.2%(22/30),中位生存期13个月,1年生存率55.0%。治疗后出现血象下降Ⅰ~Ⅱ级者占63.3%(19/30),Ⅲ级者6.6%(2/30),Ⅰ~Ⅱ级恶心、呕吐60.0%(18/30)。结论三维适形放射治疗能够改善中晚期胰腺癌患者的生活质量,提高生存率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the efficacy and toxicity of 3-dimensional conformal radiotherapy(3DCRT) in treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer.Methods Thirty patients with advanced pancreatic cancer received 3DCRT 50-60 Gy/5-6 weeks,1.8-2 Gy/d,5 fractions per week.Results After radiotherapy,abdominal pain was relieved completely in 21of these 30 patients(70.0%),jaundice disappeared in 19 of these 30 patients(63.3%).Up to the time of reexamination at 1-3 months after radiotherapy,the overall response rate(CR+PR) was 73.2%(22/30).The median survival duration and the 1-year survival rate were 13 months and 55% respectively.The treatment was tolerated well.Grade-I-II leukocytopenia developed in 19 patients(63.3%) and Grade-I-II nausea/vomiting developed in 18 patients(60.0%).Conclusion The study demonstrates that 3DCRT improves symptoms and survival in patients with pancreatic cancer.更多还原
