【摘要】 目的:研究痛风膏对痛风的治疗效果。方法:将100例痛风患者随机分为2组。对照组:痛风定胶囊2粒/次,3次/d.治疗组:在对照组基础上,用中药痛风膏外敷,2次/d。2周为1疗程,共治疗2个疗程。观察止痛时间。血β2-M、血红蛋白、24h尿蛋白、血尿酸、肾功能等指标的变化。结果::①治疗组血β2-M显著下降(P<0.01),对照组无变化(P>0.05),治疗组血红蛋白较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01),24h尿蛋白治疗组治疗后有显著改善(P<0.01),对照组前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组均能改善尿液pH值(P<0.01)。组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②两组均能降低血尿酸、BUN、Scr(P<0.01),但两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为90%、72%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。④两组用药后关节红肿热痛时间:治疗组为3±1.2d,对照组为7±2.6d,治疗组明显短于对照组(P<0.01)结论:痛风膏治疗痛风有较好疗效,其止痛迅速,改善肾功能,降低血尿酸,减少蛋白尿。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of gout ointment on gout treatment.Methods:One hundred cases of gout patients were divided into 2 groups.Patients in control group were treated with Tongfengding Capsule,2 capsules each time and 3 times a day.Aside from administration of Tongfengding Capsule,patients in treatment group received external application of gout ointment additionally twice a day.Two weeks as one course and all patients received 2 successive courses of treatment.Changes of blood β2-microglobulin(β2-MG),hemoglobin(Hb),24h urinary protein(24h UP),blood uric acid(BUA) as well as kidney function were observed.Results:①After treatment,levels of β2-MG and 24h UP decreased significantly(P<0.01) and Hb increased remarkably(P<0.01) in treatment group,while there was no obvious changes in control group(P>0.05).②BUA,BUN and Scr were decreased in both groups,with a larger decrease in the treated group(P<0.01).③The total effective rate was 90% in the treated group,which was significantly higher than 72% in the control group(P<0.05).④In the course of treatment,patients in the treatment group had an average time of(3±1.2) days for joint pain,which was notably shorter than(7±2.6) days in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The gout ointment has a favorable therapeutic effect on gout and its mechanism could be related with improving renal function,lowering serum uric acid and reducing proteinuria.更多还原
