【摘要】 目的:探讨愈骨胶囊Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ号序贯疗法促进胫骨中下段骨折愈合的疗效及愈后。方法:将72例胫骨中下段骨折患者按就诊顺序编号,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组应用愈骨胶囊Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ号序贯疗法,对照组应用市售骨折挫伤散,直至骨折愈合。以临床实际用药时间比同类骨折愈合时间提前多少为疗效评定标准。同时观察骨痂生长情况,骨折提前愈合率及膝踝关节活动情况。结果:治疗组较对照组骨折临床愈合时间明显减少。治疗组骨痂生长情况、骨折提前愈合率、膝踝关节活动情况均优于对照组。结论:表明愈骨胶囊Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ号序贯疗法对胫骨中下段骨折愈合有明显的促进作用,可缩短治疗时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the curative effect of squential therapy of Yugu Capsule Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ in promoting the healing of tibial fractures in the middle and distal segment.Methods:Seventy-two traumatic patients who had tibial fractures in the middle and distal segment were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 patients in each group.The patients in treatment group received sequential therapy of Yugu Capsule Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ,while patients in control group received Guzhe Cuoshang Powder until fractures were healed.The effect was evaluated by the shortened days as compared with the actual healing time of the same kind fractures.Meanwhile,the growth of bony callus,the rate of fracture healed ahead of time and the mobility of the knees and ankles were observed.Results:The healing time in treatment group was significantly shorter than that in control group,and there were better results in the growth of bony callus,the rate of fracture healed ahead of time and the mobility of knees and ankles in treatment group than in control group.Conclusion:Sequential therapy of Yugu Capsule Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ can accelerate the healing of tibial fractures in the middle and distal segment and shorten the treatment time.更多还原
