【摘要】 目的:观察红花注射液骨关节腔注射对兔膝骨关节炎软骨组织学和关节滑液PGE2和IL-8的影响,并探讨其作用机理。方法:采用Hulth法制备兔膝骨关节炎模型,以红花注射液关节腔注射治疗。观察兔膝关节软骨的大体变化和HE染色后的病理组织学变化,以及关节滑液中细胞因子IL-8和PGE2含量的变化。结果:红花注射液可减轻模型动物关节软骨病理积分,同时降低关节滑液中IL-8和PGE2含量。结论:红花注射液关节腔注射对兔膝骨关节炎模型有较好的治疗作用,其作用机理可能与抑制关节软骨退行性改变和关节内炎症反应有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of intra-articular Honghua Injection on histology of cartilage tissue and content of IL-8 and PGE2 in joint synovial fluid of osteoarthritis rabbits and to discuss the mechanism of action.Methods:Rabbit osteoarthritis model was made by Hulth’s Modeling Method.After that,joint knees of animal models were treated with Honghua Injection.At the end of the experiment,general observation and HE staining of the carticular cartilage were made.Meanwhile,the content of IL-8 and PGE2 were measured.Results:Compared with model group,the pathological scores of the articular cartilage were decreased while the content of IL-8 and PGE2 were lowered.Conclusion:Honghua injection presents good therapeutic effect on rabbit knee osteoarthritis and the function might be involved with inhibiting the regression and inflammation of articular cartilage.更多还原
