【摘要】 目的:总结采用DHS内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法:对76例股骨转子间骨折患者行闭合复位、动力髋螺钉内固定,配合术后康复训练,按Sanders疗效评定标准,总结疗效。结果:经10～24个月随访,患者无死亡,切口均正常愈合,无感染,最终骨折均愈合,但发生髋内翻4例,合并钢板远端螺钉松动拔出1例,螺钉断裂1例。按Sanders疗效评定标准,优47例,良23例,差4例,失败2例,优良率为92.1%。结论:合理掌握临床适应症及操作技巧,DHS内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折具有良好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of closed reduction and internal fixation with dynamic hip screw (DHS) in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture. Methods:Seventy-six patients with intertrochanteric fracture were treated by closed reduction and internal fixation with DHS, and functional exercises were performed during the postoperative and rehabilitative period. The effects were evaluated by standard of Sanders. Results: All cases were followed up for 10 months to 24 months and the results were as follows: no patients died and no infection occurred during hospitalization. All cases got bone union in the end, but there were 4 cases of coxa varus. And 2 cases suffered fixation failure. According to the standard of Sanders, the effects were excellent in 47 cases, good in 27 cases, bad in 4 cases and unsuccessful in 2 cases. The excellent and good rate was 92.1%. Conclusion: The indications and techniques being mastered, closed reduction and internal fixation with DHS has a good result and can be one of the best choices in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures.更多还原
