【摘要】 目的:评价头孢地尼颗粒剂治疗儿童急性化脓性中耳炎的疗效及安全性。方法:将门诊急性化脓性中耳炎患儿分为治疗组和对照组,每次分别口服头孢地尼颗粒剂5mg·kg-1,tid,头孢呋辛酯片15mg·kg-1,bid,疗程10d。结果:治疗组有效率94.6%;对照组有效率82.0%,2组有效率比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组细菌清除率94.4%,对照组细菌清除率73.3%,2组细菌清除率比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:头孢地尼颗粒剂治疗儿童急性化脓性中耳炎安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the granules of cefdinir in treating children with acute suppurative otitis media of the efficacy and safety. METHODS The patient with acute suppurative otitis media in children divided into treatment group and control group,each respectively cefdinir oral granules 5 mg·kg-1,tid,cefuroxime axetil tablets 15 mg·kg-1,bid ,course of 10 d. RESULTS The treatment group was 94.6%;control group,82.0% efficient,compared two groups of efficient statistical analysis of the difference was significant (P<0.05),treatment group 94.4% clearance rate of bacteria,the bacterial clearance rate of the control group 73.3%. Comparison of the bacterial clearance rates were significant differences (P<0.05). CONCLUSION Cefdinir granules in treating children with acute suppurative otitis media is safe and effective.更多还原
