【摘要】 目的:观察绞股蓝总苷镇咳祛痰作用及对免疫功能的影响。方法:采用豚鼠枸橼酸引咳法、小鼠酚红排泌试验法观察镇咳祛痰作用;采用碳粒廓清法观察对非特异性免疫功能的影响。结果:绞股蓝总苷对豚鼠枸橼酸引咳具有显著的对抗作用,并有显著的促进小鼠酚红排泌作用;还能显著地增加碳粒廓清指数K及吞噬指数α,增加胸腺和脾脏的重量。结论:绞股蓝总苷具有一定的镇咳祛痰和免疫增强作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the immunomodulating,antitussive and expectorant effect of Gypenosides.METHODSCough model was induced by citric acid in guinea pig,and phenol red expectoration test. Carbon clearance test was used. RESULTS The tests showed that Gypenosides had significant antitussive effect on guinea pig induced by citric acid. Gypenosides could increase the index of K and α in carbon clearance test,increased the weight of spleen and thymus. CONCLUSION Gypenosides had significant antitussive and expectant effect,and could greatly enhance immunological function.更多还原
