【摘要】 目的:观察奈达铂联合多西紫杉醇治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效及不良反应。方法:对53例晚期NSCLC患者行奈达铂联合多西紫杉醇化疗。奈达铂80～100mg·m-2d1静滴,多西紫杉醇75mg·m-2d1静滴。每3周为1个周期。结果:53例患者均可评价疗效,完全缓解1例,部分缓解21例,进展20例,PD11例,总有效率为41.5%(22/53)。结论:奈达铂联合多西紫杉醇治疗晚期NSCLC的疗效较好,不良反应小且可耐受,具有较好的临床应用价值,值得临床上进一步观察及应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic effect and toxicity of docetaxel plus nedaplatin in advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).METHODS All 53 patients with advanced NSCLC were treated with Docetaxel 75 mg·m-2d1iv infusion and nedaplatin 80-100 mg·m-2d1iv infusion,the schedule was repeated every 3 weeks.RESULTS The objective response might be evaluated in all cases.There was 1 case with CR,21 PR,20 SD,11 PD,RR(CR+PR) 41.5%(22/53).CONCLUSION The docetaxel plus nedaplatin regimen is effective in the treatment of advanced NSCLC with better tolerence,with clinical application of good value,worthy of further observation and clinical application.更多还原
