【摘要】 目的:观察中医综合疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床疗效。方法:将确诊为UC的患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组在中医理论的指导下,运用中药口服及保留灌肠,同时运用针灸配合穴位注射黄芪注射液进行综合治疗;对照组单纯采用西药治疗。比较2组的疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为95.12%,对照组有效率为78%,2组比较,疗效差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,值得临床进一步推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe the curative effect of comprehensive therapy of Chinese medicine for treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC) patients.METHODSPatients with UC were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group,under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory,apply the dialectic by oral medicine and retention enema,while using acupuncture,inject Huangqi in acupoints as the TCM comprehensive treatment,the control group simply use western medicine.Compare the efficacy of the two groups.RESULTSThe total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.12%.and that in the control group was 64.6%.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONThe comprehensive therapy of Chinese medicine treatment of ulcerative colitis has a significant effect,it is worthy of further clinical application.更多还原
