【摘要】 目的:总结纯中药制剂狄克片10年来治疗慢性肾衰竭(CRF)的效果。方法:478例CRF患者随机分组,其中治疗组328例,80例为对照组A,70例为对照组B。治疗组是在常规治疗基础上加用狄克片,对照组A加尿毒清,对照组B加包醛氧化淀粉。疗程均为90d,观察三者的治疗效果。结果:治疗组的Cr、BUN、Ccr和尿蛋白均有显著改善(P<0.01),其总有效率为80.5%,而对照组A、对照组B的总有效率为60.0%,61.4%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:狄克片治疗CRF的疗效明优于尿毒清及包醛氧化淀粉,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To summarize effect of the pure Chinese native medicinal preparation Dick tablets in treating chronic renal failure(CRF)for 10 years.METHODS 478 CRF patients were randomly divided into therapeutic group(328 cases),control group A(80 cases),and control group B(70 cases).Dick tablets were used in adition to the normal treatment for the therapeutic group,Niaoduqing for the control group A,Packing aldehyde oxidation starch for group B.The treatment course was 90 days,treatment results were observed.RESULTS In Dick tablets group,Cr,BUN,Ccr and Por were improved,total effective rate was 80.5%,the rates of group A,group B was 60.0% and 61.4% respectively.There was a significant difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The curative effect of Dick tablet in treating CRF is better than Niaoduqing and the packaged aldehyde oxidation starch.更多还原
