【摘要】 目的:研究甘草酸二铵替代肾上腺皮质激素对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎(溃结)的治疗作用及其机制。方法:将Wistar大鼠用免疫的方法建立溃疡性结肠炎模型,并随机分为甘草酸二铵+柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASP)组、泼尼松+SASP组、SASP组、不治疗组。给药1个月后解剖观察结、直肠的溃疡点数、肠重指数,并行形态学检查。结果:甘草酸二铵+SASP组与泼尼松+SASP组结肠黏膜形态学上炎症均显著减少,杯状细胞数量增多,腺体修复再生。方差分析表明,甘草酸二铵+SASP组与泼尼松+SASP组均较SASP组、不治疗组的溃疡点数显著减少,分别为(1.3±1.2),(0.8±0.8),(7.2±1.2),(14.9±2.5)(P<0.05)。肠质量指数显著降低,分别为(0.139±0.008),(0.140±0.007);(0.344±0.008),(0.194±0.017)(P<0.05)。而甘草酸二铵+SASP组与泼尼松+SASP组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:动物实验证实甘草酸二铵可替代肾上腺皮质激素治疗溃疡性结肠炎。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the effect and the underlying mechanish of glycyrrhizinate in place of hormone in the treatment of rats with ulcerative colitis.METHODS Four groups of mice with ulcerative colitis were randomly arranged in as follows;glycyrrhizinate combined with SASP group,hormone combined with SASP group,and untreated group.After a month,the number of ulcers and the rate of change were determined and the morphological changes of the colibacillosis membrane were investigated.RESULTS Morphologically,inflammation of colibacillosis membrane was lightened significantly,the number of cup-cells increased and adenocyte were repaired and relived.statistically,the number of ulcers in glycyrrhizinate combined with SASP group and hormone combined with SASP group and hormone combined with SASP group dicreased,compared with other experimental groups(1.3±1.2),(0.8±0.8),(7.2±1.2),(14.9±2.5),P<0.05;and the rate of change was lower(0.139±0.008),(0.140±0.007),(0.344±0.008),(0.194±0.017),P<0.05,but there was no obvious difference between glycyrrhizinate group and hormone group(P>0.05).CONCLUSION Glycyrrhizinate can take the place of hormone in treatment of ulcerative colitis.更多还原
