【摘要】 目的建立用高效液相色谱法测定消结安合剂中延胡索乙素含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱-紫外检测器法,以十八烷基键合硅胶柱(Kromasil C18,4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为色谱柱,甲醇-水-三乙胺(65∶35∶0.5)为流动相,流速:0.8mL·min-1,检测波长:280nm。结果消结安合剂中延胡索乙素在0.250～8.00mg·L-1内线性良好,r=0.9998,平均回收率(n=5)为100.19%,RSD为2.43%。结论本方法操作简便、准确、灵敏,为该制剂的质量控制建立了方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of tetrahydropalmatine in Xiaojiean. METHODS The content of tetrahydropalmatine was determined by HPLC assay. The separation was performed on a Kromasil C18 column(4.6 mm× 250 mm,5 μm) with methanol-water-triethylamine(65∶35∶0.5) as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1. The wavelength was set at 280 nm. RESULTS The linear range was 0.250-8.080 mg·L-1(r=0.999 8) ,while the average recovery was 100.19%(n=5) with RSD of 2.43%. CONCLUSION This method is simple,accurate and reliable,it can be a quality control standard of Xiaojiean.更多还原
