全国主要产区生姜中6-姜酚、6-姜醇含量的测定
Determination of 6-Gingerol and 6-Shogaol in Ginger of Different Districts in China
【摘要】 目的建立同时对全国主要产区生姜中6-姜酚、6-姜醇进行含量测定的方法。方法采用Lichrospher C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(65∶35)为流动相,体积流量0.8mL·min-1,λ=280nm,柱温30℃。结果生姜中的6-姜酚与6-姜醇的线性范围和相关系数分别为13.92~125.32mg·L-1(r=0.9999),4.04~36.40mg·L-1(r=0.9999);加样回收率分别为100.85%(RSD=1.44%),100.79%(RSD=1.35%);方法精密度、重复性良好,RSD均小于2.0%。结论本法操作简便、结果可靠、重现性好、检测快速、定量准确,可作为控制生姜质量的方法。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of 6-gingerol and 6-shogaol in Ginger from different districts in China. METHODS The samples were separated on a C18 column. The mobile phase was methanol-water(65∶35) at the flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was 280 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. RESULTS The linear range of 6-gingerol and 6-shogaol were 13.92 ~ 125.32 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9),4.04 ~ 36.40 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9) respectively. The average recoveries were 100.85% and 100.79% with corresponding RSDs of 1.44% and 1.35%,respectively. The RSDs of precision and accuracy of the assay were not more than 2.0%(n=6). CONCLUSION The method is rapid,accurate,reliable and can be used for quality control of ginger.
