【摘要】 目的采用定量指纹图谱对安神补脑液成品进行质量评价,以此来定量控制其产品质量。方法建立安神补脑液指纹图谱。对10批安神补脑液成品计算其相关系数、夹角余弦和程度相似度,并结合数量相似度,综合评定其质量。结果采用程度相似度结合数量相似度的方法比通过相关系数、夹角余弦等计算相似度的方法可更好的反映出不同批次样品间的差异,达到控制产品质量的目的。结论该方法准确、可行,实验结果显示,其对中药质量评价是一种合理、有效的技术手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the quality of Anshen bunao syrup and to control the quality of the product by extent similarity algorithm.METHODS The fingerprint spectrum of Anshen bunao syrup was established.The quality of Anshen bunao syrup was evaluated by the correlation,cosine of the angle and extent similarity of ten batches,combined with the numerical similarity.RESULTS The combination of the extent similarity and numerical similarity was better than the correlation,cosine of the angle.The combination reflected the differences of different batches,and was used to control the quality of products.CONCLUSION This method is accurate and reliable,for quality evaluation of Traditional Chinese Medicine.更多还原
