【摘要】 在2005～2007年度河南省医院信息化水平现状调查的基础上,针对县区级医院的信息化建设,从人员构成、资金投入与分配、项目实施情况及存在的问题等四个方面进行了深入的分析,针对存在的问题,结合工作实际提出了成立信息化主管机构、引入咨询机构、加强技术队伍建设和人员培训、定期开展信息化普查等四个方面的建议。更多还原
