【Abstract】 Status of medical simulation training center development is analyzed. Problems of changing teaching conception, upgrading teaching mode, improving teaching quality in affiliated hospital during changing environment are discussed. It emphasizes the comprehensive positive effects of building medical simulation training center, such as enhancing education consciousness, improving skills of clinical medical teacher, providing simulated situation, making bridge for theoretical and practical study and providing a platform for communication between facilitators and students.更多还原
