【摘要】 目的:探讨重大手术术前谈话、签字进行律师见证的作用。方法:对本院2001年4月至2007年12月1303例重大手术的术前谈话、签字所进行的律师见证进行回顾分析。结果:患者及其亲属和医务人员对这种手术签字形式予以肯定,未发生因告知不足导致的医疗纠纷。结论:手术前谈话律师见证,有利于保障患者的知情同意权,和谐医患关系,保护医患双方的合法权益,促进医学发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To explore on the function of lawyer witness on preoperative communication and signature. Methods: 1303 cases of lawyer witness on preoperative communication and signature during Apr. 2001 to Dec. 2007 were selected and retrospective analysis was done. Results: Patients and their relatives, as well as medical staff have given affirmative feedback on the form of lawyer witness on preoperative communication and signature, and no medical disputes occurred due to insufficient notice. Conclusions: The form of lawyer witness on preoperative communication and signature can improve protection patients’ inform consent rights and help harmonize relationship between patients and medical staff. Moreover, it protects legal rights of both patients and medical staff and promotes medical development.更多还原
