【摘要】 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定中药制剂泻止饮口服液中有效成分青蒿素含量的方法。方法Hyper-siL BDS C18色谱柱,流动相为0.01M醋酸钠醋酸缓冲液(pH 5.8)-甲醇(38∶62),检测波长为260nm。结论青蒿素的检测浓度在125~1000μg.mL-1范围内,线性关系良好,r=0.9991。平均回收率为99.06%,RSD=0.80%。结论该法具有较好的精密度,重现性好,方法简便快速稳定,可用于青蒿素含量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Using HPLC to detect the content of active ingredient arteannuin in traditional Chinese medicine preparations Xiezhiyin Oral Liquid.Methods It was assayed by HPLC.The column was HypersiL BDS C18,the mobile phase was the solution of 0.01M sodium acetate-HAC buffer(pH 5.8) :methanol(38∶62).The UV detection wavelength was 260nm.Results The arteannuin concentration in 125～1000μg·mL-1 within the framework of integral value and the peak area was in a good linear relationship,r=0.9991.The average recovery rate was 99.06%,RSD=0.80%.Conclusions This method has good accuracy,precision and reproducibility.It is simple and rapid.This method can be used for the quality control of Xiezhiyin Oral Liquid.更多还原
