【摘要】 目的了解我院鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药现状及标本分布,为治疗提供依据。方法监测我院2006年1月～2007年12月临床分离的138株鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药性,并对其标本分布进行分析。结果2年来鲍曼不动杆菌对亚胺培南均保持最高的敏感性,耐药率分别为8.5%和7.6%;其次为美罗培南,2007年耐药率为12.7%;对替卡西林耐药率最高,2007年为100.00%。结论医师应合理选用抗菌药物,避免多重耐药的鲍曼不动杆菌在医院内传播。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To realize the distribution and situation of antimicrobial resistance of acinetobacter baumannii isolated from our hospital,so as to provide reference for antimicrobial treatment.Methods Antimicrobial resistance of 138 strains of acinetobacter baumannii isolated from clinic in our hospital from January 2006 to December 2007 was surveyed,and sample distribution was analysed.Results Acinetobacter baumannii had the highest susceptibility to imipenem,resistant rate was 8.5% to 7.6%.The next was meropenem,the resistant rate was 12.7% in 2007.Acinetobacter baumannii had the highest resistant rate to ticarcillin,the resistant rate was 100.00% in 2007.Conclusions Clinician should use antimicrobial agents prudently to avoid the transmission of multiply drug antimicrobial agents.更多还原
