【摘要】 目的建立同时检测清热解毒类中成药中非法添加的9种化学药品(阿司匹林、对乙酰氨基酚、头孢氨苄、磺胺甲噁唑、甲氧苄啶、氨基比林、芬布芬、双氯芬酸钠、布洛芬)的高效液相色谱法。方法采用RESTEK C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.05mol.L-1乙酸铵溶液,梯度洗脱;流速0.8mL.min-1;检测波长230nm;柱温:40℃。结果9种对照品在较宽的浓度范围内,峰面积和浓度有良好的线性关系(r≥0.9995)。检出限为0.3~8.8ng,定量限为1.0~30ng。结论该法简单,重复性好,可同时检测中成药中是否非法添加有上述9种化学成分。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective A HPLC method for the detection of 9 illegal components(aspirin,paracetamol,cefalexin,sulfamethoxazole,trimethopim,aminophenazone,fenbufen,diclofenac sodium and ibuprofen) in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) was developed in this paper.Methods The analysis was performed on a RESTEK C18 column.A mixture of acetonitrile-0.05mol·L-1 ammonium acetate aqueous solution was used as the mobile phase under the program of gradient elution at a flow rate of 0.8mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 230nm and the column temperature was 40℃.Results Good linearity were obtained for the 9 components in a wide range and the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.9995.The LOD and LOQ were 0.3～8.8ng and 1.0～30ng,respectively.Conclusions The method is simple and repeatable.It can be used to identify the 9 illegal components in TCM at the same time.更多还原
