【摘要】 目的了解我院儿科住院患者抗感染药的使用情况。方法随机抽查儿科2007年病历246份,对抗感染药的使用率、使用类别、品种及联合用药等情况进行分析。结果我院儿科抗感染药的使用率为91%;抗感染药物联合抗病毒药物或中成药比较普遍。结论我院儿科抗感染药的应用还存在诸多问题,特别是在用药指征、针对性及联合用药方面还需要规范。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical application of the anti-infection drugs in treatment of inpatients in department of pediatrics in our hospital.Methods 246 patient cards of department of pediatrics of the whole year of 2007 were randomly evaluated the frequency,kinds and combine use of the anti-infection drugs.Results The frequency of use of anti-infection drugs was 91%.It was a common problem that using anti-infection drugs combined with antivirals or Chinese medicines.Conclusions There are many problems in anti-infection drugs using in department of pediatrics.更多还原
