【摘要】 目的采用高效液相色谱法手性拆分左乙拉西坦片中的右旋异构体。方法采用CHIRALPAK AD-H色谱柱;以正己烷-异丙醇(80∶20)为流动相,检测波长为220nm,流速为1.0mL.min-1。结果在此色谱条件下,消旋体的分离可在10min内完成,分离度为5.90,右旋异构体的检测限可达4.1120×10-6μg.L-1。结论此方法可对左乙拉西坦片中的右旋异构体进行定量分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective A practicable method for separation and quantitative analysis of REV in Levetiracetam tablets by HPLC.Methods CHIRALPAK AD-H column;Hexane-isopropyl alcohol(80:20) as mobile phase.The liquid chromatograph is equipped with a 220nm detector.The flow rate is 1.0mL·min-1.Results Under the chromatographic conditions adopted,the separation of racemate can be finished in 10 mins,the resolution is 5.90,and the detection limit is 4.1120×10-6 μg·L-1.Conclusions The method is suitable for the determination of REV in levetiracetam tablets.更多还原
