【摘要】 目的了解包头市住院患儿抗菌药物使用现状,分析不合理使用的具体情况。方法抽取3所三级以上综合医院0~14岁住院患儿病案,查阅抗菌药物使用情况。结果住院患儿抗菌药物使用率为92.31%;细菌培养加药敏率为3.61%;合并霉菌感染率为1.16%。不合理更换用药占52.17%。不同疾病住院患儿抗菌药物使用率:上呼吸道感染为95.56%,下呼吸道感染为96.54%,感染性腹泻为93.18%,其他感染性疾病为96.00%,其他非感染性疾病为69.08%。结论包头市住院患儿抗菌药物使用不合理情况严重,必须引起相关部门和临床医生的高度重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the situation of antibiotic effect to hospitalized children of Baotou and analyze the clinic antibiotic inappropriate use.Methods The 0~14 years hospitalized about the antibiotic apply children were investigated.Results Antibiotics use rates of the hospitalized children was 92.31%,bacteriuria cultive rates was 3.61% with mycete infection rates was 1.16%.The inappropriate use rates was 52.17%.The use rates in upper respiratory was 95.56%,the use rates in lower respiratory was 96.54%.The use rates of infection enterorrhea was 93.18%,the use rates of other infection disease was 96.00%,the use rates of other non-infection disease was 69.08%.Conclusions The situation of abuse of antibiotic in Baotou is still severe and must be paid attention to the clinic doctors and health department更多还原
