【摘要】 目的对市售青黛药材质量进行考察,为客观、全面控制青黛药材的质量提供科学依据。方法参照现行《中国药典》方法对16批青黛样品性状、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分和靛蓝、靛玉红含量进行测定,并综合分析。结果目前市场上青黛的质量存在较大差异,一些样品检测不到质量标准规定的指标成分靛蓝、靛玉红。结论青黛药材质量问题严重,应完善其质量标准,规范、优化生产工艺,保证质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the quality of Indigo naturalis on the market and provide scientific foundations to the objective and comprehensive control of the quality of indigo naturalis.Methods With reference to Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the characters,total ash,acid-insoluble ash,the content of indigo and indirubin of 16 batches of indigo naturalis samples are measured and comprehensively analyzed.Results There is a variety of indigo naturalis on the market,different from each other in quality.Indigo and indirubin,two component indexes required according to the quality standard,are not found at all in some of the samples.Conclusions There are serious problems in the quality of indigo naturalis.We should improve its quality standards,standardize and optimize its production process to guarantee its quality.更多还原
