【摘要】 目的评价紫外分光光度法测定沙棘中总黄酮含量方法学的不确定度。方法依照沙棘中总黄酮的含量测定过程,分析来自于称量、溶液配制及仪器测量过程中诸多不确定因素对测量结果的影响,建立数学模型,量化不确定度的各个分量,计算合成不确定度及扩展不确定度。结果本实验方法的测量结果及不确定度表述为:U=P±0.12P(%)(k=2),置信概率95%。结论分析并量化了检测方法的不确定度,为优化实验方法提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To estimate the uncertainty on the determination of total flavones in Fructus Hippophae by UV Spectrophotometry.Methods To establish the mathematic model of evaluation on uncertainty of the determination by UV Spectrophotometry.The independent components of uncertainty of the experiment that effected upon the uncertainty were studied,calculated,and combined.Results The result and the uncertainty were formulated,U=P±0.12P(%)(k=2),confidence probability is 95%.Conclusions Evaluation of the uncertainty can optimize the experiments,the more reliable result of the measurement could be obtained.更多还原
