【摘要】 目的建立测定乐脉颗粒中羟基红花黄色素A含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用迪马Diamonsil C18色谱柱,甲醇-0.1%磷酸(30∶70)为流动相,流速1.0mL.min-1,检测波长403nm,柱温:35℃。结果羟基红花黄色素A在0.0053～0.106mg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998)。乐脉颗粒的平均加样回收率为99.5%,RSD=1.8%(n=9)。结论该方法简便快速,适用于乐脉颗粒中羟基红花黄色素A的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a method for the determination of hydroxysamor yellow A in Lemai Granules by HPLC.Methods The column Dikma Diamonsil C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)was used.The mobile phase was methanol 0.1% phosphorid acid(30∶70)at flow rate of 1.0mL · min-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 403nm.The column temperature was 35℃.Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.0053～0.106mg · mL-1(r=0.9998),the average recovery was 99.5% with RSD=1.8%(n=9).Concluions This method is simple,sensitive and suitable for the assay of hydroxysafflor yelow A in Lemai Granules.更多还原
