【摘要】 目的建立滋补健身丸中肉桂、菟丝子、楮实子的薄层色谱方法及菟丝子中山柰素的高效液相含量测定的方法。方法色谱柱为Agilent C18;流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(53∶47);流速为1.0mL.min-1;检测波长360nm;柱温25℃。结果山柰素在0.0527~1.3175μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,平均回收率96.35%,RSD为0.62%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简便,重复性好,结果准确可靠,适用于该药的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To identify cinnamomum japonicum sieb.,Semen Cuscutae and Fructus Broussonetiae by TLC method and to determine kaempferol in Zibujianshen Pills by HPLC.Methods Using a Agilent C18 column,a mixture of methanol-0.4%H3PO4(53∶47) with the flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1,the detetive wavelenth was set at 360nm and the column temperature was 25℃.Results The linear range of kaempferol was 0.0527～1.3175μg(r=0.9998).The average recovery rate was 96.35% with RSD as 0.62%(n=6).Conclusions The method is simple,accurate and reliable.It can be used in the quality control of crude drug.更多还原
