【摘要】 城市边缘区是城市和乡村的交错结合带,是城市发展与资源环境保护之间矛盾冲突的区域。科学地规划好该区域的乡村景观环境对城市和乡村和谐发展具有十分重要的现实意义。以合肥大圩镇发展为实证,探讨保护和利用城市边缘区乡村景观资源的有效途径,同时提出健全乡村景观建设的法规制度和管理机构,适时地对乡村景观进行功能评价与推进乡村景观规划,保护和加强乡村景观地方特色等几个在乡村景观建设中应注意的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a combination between cities and villages, the urban fringe is an area of conflicts which exist between urban development and environmental protection. The scientific planning of the regional rural landscape environment has great practical significance for the harmonious development of urban and rural areas. Taking the development of Dawei Town of Hefei city as the example, this paper acquires inspiration from the construction and development and studies the way of protecting and utilizing the rural landscape in urban fringes. And several problems which should be addressed in the construction of rural landscape, such as improving the related laws and regulations and management systems, timely promoting the functional evaluation and planning of rual landscape, and protecting and enhancing local features, are put forward.更多还原
