【摘要】 目的研究系统性红斑狼疮患者(SLE)及健康人外周血Vα24+Vβ11+、CD161+Vα24+NKT细胞的数量变化。方法采用流式细胞仪检测30例SLE患者和30例健康对照组Vα24+Vβ11+、CD161+Vα24+NKT细胞数量并与临床指标进行相关分析。结果SLE患者外周血Vα24+Vβ11+、CD161+Vα24+NKT细胞显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05);SLE患者Vα24+Vβ11+、CD161+Vα24+NKT细胞与C3,C4呈正相关关系(P<0.01),与SLE疾病活动性指数(SLEDIA)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)呈负相关关系(P<0.05)。结论CD161+Vα24+NKT显著低于正常对照组,表明SLE患者血中活化的NKT细胞数量减少,SLE患者外周血Vα24+Vβ11+、CD161+Vα24+NKT细胞可能参与SLE的发病过程且与病情活动有关。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the changes of the amount and function of Vα24+Vβ11+,CD161+Vα24+NKT cells in the peripheral blood of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)patients. Methods The amount of Vα24+Vβ11+,CD161+Vα24+NKT cells in the peripheral blood of 30 SLE cases and 30 healthy persons were detected by flow cytometry. Results Vα24+Vβ11+,CD161+Vα24+NKT cells in the peripheral blood of SLE patients were significantly lower than that of normal control(P < 0.05). Vα24+Vβ11+ and CD161+Vα24+NKT cells in the peripheral blood of SLE patients positively correlated with the level of the complement(C3,C4)and negatively correlated with SLE disease activity index (SLEDIA)and ESR. Conclusion Activated NKT cells decreased in the peripheral blood of SLE patients. Vα24+Vβ11+ and CD161+Vα24+NKT cells might be involved in the pathogenesis and development of SLE.
