【摘要】 目的探讨强直性脊柱炎患者外周血淋巴细胞共刺激分子4-1BB的表达及其临床意义。方法应用流式细胞术检测30例强直性脊柱炎患者及20例正常对照者淋巴细胞活化前后4-1BB蛋白的表达。结果强直性脊柱炎患者淋巴细胞活化前后4-1BB的表达明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),而且其表达的4-1BB水平与免疫球蛋白IgA呈正相关关系。结论强直性脊柱炎患者淋巴细胞存在异常的4-1BB表达,这可能是导致强直性脊柱炎患者淋巴细胞活化和免疫反应发生的原因之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and its role of costimulatory molecule 4-1BB on the peripheral blood lymphocytes of patients with ankylosing spondylitis(AS).Methods The 4-1BB expression on blood lymphocytes was detected in 30 AS patients and 20 healthy controls by flow cytometry.Results The expression of 4-1BB on the lymphocytes of AS patients were significantly higher than that of normal contro(l22.14±10.51,7.25±1.43,P < 0.01).There were more expression of 4-1BB on the lymphocytes stimulated by anti-CD3 antibody in AS patients than healthy controls(55.11±23.84,33.13±15.65,P < 0.01).The expression of 4-1BB on the lymphocytes in AS patients was positively correlated with the level of IgA(r =0.314,P < 0.05).Conclusion The costimulatory molecule 4-1BB is abnormally expressed on peripheral blood lymphocytes of patients with ankylosing spondylitis.The abnormal expression of 4-1BB on the lymphocytes may play an important role on the lymphocytes activation and immunity reaction of AS.更多还原
